Fill out the Availability Form below with your information and select the events you would like to volunteer for. 


Filling out the form DOES NOT mean that you are volunteering for an event. Volunteers will be selected from those who indicate interest via the sign-up form.


If you are selected to volunteer, you will receive a confirmation email with details about the event.

Please note that all Parent Volunteers are responsible for following the guidelines outlined in the Parent Volunteer Program Guidelines.

2016-17 School Year

The Parent Volunteer Program runs on a quarterly schedule. Please refer to the following outline for sign-up, scheduling, and account crediting dates.


Quarter 1
Events posted: July 18th, 2016
Fill out Availability Form: July 18th - August 10th, 2016
Confirmation emails sent to scheduled parents: August 15th, 2016
Quarter Begins: August 24th, 2016
Tuition accounts credited for all Quarter 1 events: October 24th, 2016


Quarter 2
Events posted: September 12th, 2016
Fill out Availability Form: September 12th - October 1st, 2016
Confirmation emails sent to scheduled parents: October 4th, 2016
Quarter Begins: October 24th, 2016
Tuition accounts credited for all Quarter 2 events: December 20th, 2016


Quarter 3
Events posted: December 5th, 2016
Fill out Availability Form: December 5th - December 26th, 2016
Confirmation emails sent to scheduled parents: December 29, 2016
Quarter Begins: January 5, 2017
Tuition accounts credited for all Quarter 3 events: March 16, 2017


Quarter 4
Events posted: February 14th, 2017
Fill out Availability Form: February 14th - March 7th, 2017
Confirmation emails sent to scheduled parents: March 10th, 2017
Quarter Begins: March 17th, 2017
