Student grade point averages (GPAs) are calculated based on the points earned for each
class and the number of courses taken. Points are added together and divided by the
number of courses taken, rounded to two decimal places.
At the end of each quarter, students with a GPA at or above 3.8 will earn first honors.
Students with a GPA at or between 3.3 and 3.79 will earn second honors. These students
are recognized with a certificate during an all-school ceremony following the end of the
grading period.
Honor roll is based on quarter grades only.
