NEED SERVICE HOURS FOR YOUR STUDENT-ATHLETE OBLIGATION??
The VASJ Oarsman will need dealers to run blackjack tables and workers to run $ wheels. This was a huge success last year for us and you can make it happen again this year with your involvement.
We will need your help at Holy Rosary Church in Little Italy on the evenings of Thursday August 12th, Friday August 13th, Saturday and Sunday afternoon and evenings of August 14th and August 15th.
August 12th: 6pm to 11pm Bus for volunteers will leave the school at 5:30 pm
August 13th: 6pm to 12pm Bus for volunteers will leave the school at 5:30 pm
August 14th: 3pm to 8pm Bus for volunteers will leave the school at 2;30 pm
August 14th: 7:30pm to 12pm Bus for volunteers will leave the school at 7:00 pm
August 15th: 4:30pm to 10pm Bus for volunteers will leave the school at 4pm
Oarsman will be running training sessions to teach volunteers to deal blackjack.
The training sessions will be on Monday August 2nd at 7pm in the cafeteria and
again on Monday August 9th also in the cafeteria. If you have signed up already and want to brush up and learn to deal feel free to stop by or if you feel uncomfortable dealing and want to learn we will have people there to teach you the game and make you feel comfortable to deal black jack.

We need all the people we can get to volunteer to make this a success, It is the largest fundraiser of the year for the Oarsmen.
