SAT Prep: SAT tests are standardized, so all the sentence completion directions are the same from test to test. Familiarize yourself with the types of directions and questions before you take the SAT. This way you don't have to spend valuable time reading directions during the test. Don't rush. It's easy to panic and rush into choosing answers. If your answer seems to come too easily, beware. When you rush into getting an answer and haven't thought out the problem critically, it will probably be the wrong answer. Guess if you don't know the answer. You do lose a percentage of points if you guess and get the wrong answer. But the penalty for guessing is smaller than you may think.
